📋 Description

• Drive achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for the Retail Lending Business Unit across the Eastern Region. • Oversee day-to-day sales execution and go-to-market strategy, including pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Leaders, Account Executives, and Sales Executives focused on client success, retention, and new client acquisition. • Foster trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their strategic priorities and business environments. • Guide the team in delivering consultative, solution-based selling that clearly articulates the value of our retail lending offerings. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Services, Marketing, and other internal teams to support client needs and ensure timely delivery of proposals and solutions. • Monitor account health and proactively address risks to retention or growth; serve as an escalation point for complex client issues. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client-centricity across the team. • Represent the company at industry events, user groups, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and deepen client engagement. • Manage team operations including budgeting, expense approvals, performance evaluations, and talent acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of financial services, particularly retail lending solutions and client operating environments. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to lead consultative sales efforts and articulate solution value and ROI. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • 8+ years in financial services with a focus on account management or consultative sales. • 5+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing teams. • Experience working directly with financial institutions, preferably in retail lending. • Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth. • Experience engaging with senior-level decision makers and navigating multi-stakeholder environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
