📋 Description

• Develop scalable solutions using Java 11+ and Spring Boot • Participate in defining and evolving application architecture • Ensure code performance, maintainability, and adherence to best practices • Apply TDD and sound software design principles • Ensure test coverage and consistency with architectural standards • Proactively identify and address technical debt • Participate in the team’s technical discussions and decisions • Share knowledge, conduct code reviews, and contribute to collective growth • Continuously stay up to date and bring industry insights and references to the team • Work with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes • Support continuous integration practices and delivery process automation • Work collaboratively and asynchronously on a growing financial platform

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot • Solid knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture and systems architecture • Experience with automated testing and TDD • Familiarity with DevOps culture and CI/CD pipelines • Analytical and collaborative mindset, with a strong interest in continuous technical growth • Experience with Java 11+ and Spring Boot • Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience in fintech, financial products, or digital financial journeys is a plus • Experience working in high-scale, performance-sensitive, and business-critical environments is a plus • Participation in architectural modernization projects or platform evolution initiatives is a plus
