📋 Description

• Support in planning and organizing events (trade fairs, customer events, internal events) — from research and coordination with external service providers to on-site support • Assistance in executing online marketing campaigns (e.g. email campaigns, landing pages, newsletters) in HubSpot • Maintaining and updating contacts, lists, and campaign data in HubSpot • Support in creating and preparing marketing content (social media posts, graphics, short videos), e.g. using Canva • Helping plan and post content on our social media channels (LinkedIn & Co.) • Support in preparing presentations, one-pagers, and marketing materials • General hands-on support for the marketing team in day-to-day operations - wherever an extra pair of hands is needed

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student, ideally in media, communication, marketing, design, or a related field • Initial experience with event planning • Experience with B2B Marketing • Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges • Interest in digital transformation and data-driven decision-making
