📋 Description

• Serve as a technical reference for the Engineering team, influencing decisions through collaboration and technical excellence. • Lead code reviews focused on quality, maintainability, scalability, and adherence to established standards. • Establish and evolve best practices for using AI in software development. • Participate in engineering refinement sessions and technically validate solutions before development begins. • Support architectural decisions in collaboration with Product, DevOps, Data, and strategic leadership. • Contribute to reducing technical debt and advancing the platform’s architecture. • Support the resolution of complex technical challenges, assisting the team’s development without taking ownership of task execution. • Participate in the development of strategic features, integrations, and high-priority initiatives. • Document technical decisions, architectural standards, and lessons learned. • Promote knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and ongoing collaboration. • Contribute to the advancement of quality practices in partnership with QA.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Software Engineer working on software products. • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. • Knowledge of systems architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems. • Experience with code reviews, defining best practices, and providing technical support to other developers. • Knowledge and practical use of AI tools applied to software development. • Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs while considering their impact on the product and business. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. • Experience with Ruby on Rails. • Experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD. • Knowledge of observability and product analytics. • Experience in B2B SaaS or environments with extensive use of AI in development. • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical degree, or postgraduate qualification.
