📋 Description

• lead Revenue Cycle Management and Provider Experience teams • support tools and systems used by providers • oversee automation of client billing, insurance claim, and provider payment processing • conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback • collaborate with product, design, technical leadership, and other stakeholders to define product strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing a team (or teams) of software engineers at a startup • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer working on web based technologies (Python, Django, TypeScript, React) • growth experience in healthcare or other regulated fields (education, security) is a plus • experience building products from the ground up as well as improving existing products • strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when engaging with non-technical stakeholders • curiosity and willingness to learn new skills as business needs mature • must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
