📋 Description

• partner closely with clinical, operations, product, and engineering teams to identify key business problems • develop dashboards, reporting, and self-service tools • communicate insights and recommendations clearly • collaborate with peers to design and maintain data models

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years working in analytics / data science • 4+ years of hands-on experience performing analysis and complex data transformations with SQL • experience manipulating large data sets • experience using clinical data tools and platforms (e.g., electronic medical records systems, patient assessment collection tools) • experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Hex • understanding of healthcare quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and care effectiveness measurement • experience with dbt / Git / Python / R is a plus • analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex clinical workflows • strong understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
