•FinFit was established in 2008 and currently services over 500,000 organizations across the United States. •FinFit helps to eliminate stress in the workplace by providing real-time solutions that offer real-world help when it is needed most. •Marketing Specialist at FinFit plays a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, especially those that are time-sensitive and client-facing. •This position provides hands-on assistance with content development, campaign execution, and administrative tasks that require quick turnaround and close collaboration with internal teams. •The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and collaborative, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. •2–4 years of experience in a marketing or communications support role. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing and proofreading abilities. •High level of organization and ability to manage shifting priorities and fast deadlines. •Comfortable with collaborative work and juggling cross-functional requests. •Experience with project management tools, email and video marketing platforms, and document design tools (e.g., Canva, Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Office, or similar) a plus. •A self-starter mindset with a willingness to dive in and get things done.
