📋 Description
• Translate stakeholders' statements into a business/functional specification • Develop an agreed target vision • Elicit, analyze and manage business requirements • Identify and resolve potential conflicts • Prepare and facilitate workshops • Identify all relevant stakeholders • Take on tasks in business process management • Develop model-based solution architectures and domain concepts • Manage model repositories and architecture data inventories • Support transformation initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication skills • Strong abstraction and analytical skills • Methodological knowledge in process management, IT business analysis, domain architecture and/or requirements engineering • Good knowledge of common modeling tools (MagicDraw, Innovator, Enterprise Architect or Camunda) • Experience using modeling languages such as UML, BPMN or ArchiMate as well as SysML • Experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) • Business-fluent in German and English • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
