• Work on process and IT transformation projects • Advise clients on strategic initiatives • Support clients in achieving corporate objectives • Analyze existing business and IT architectures • Derive recommended courses of action • Contribute to the enhancement of existing consulting products • Develop sales concepts • Support expansion of the client network
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication skills • Facilitation and moderation skills • Strong abstraction and analytical abilities • Methodological knowledge in Business Architecture Management, Process Management, IT Business Analysis, Domain Architecture, and/or Requirements Engineering • Good experience with modeling tools (MagicDraw, Innovator, Enterprise Architect, Camunda) • Experience using modeling languages (UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, SysML) with relevant certifications • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) • Business-fluent German and English • Willingness to travel
