📋 Description

• Plan and support trade show appearances: Contribute to content and design planning. • Event support: Assist at trade shows and events such as "Festival for Future" and "Festival Playground." • Copywriting: Support marketing management in creating and refining texts. • Content planning: Help develop content for Instagram, LinkedIn, our website, and other channels. • Content preparation: Structure and adapt content for different communication channels. • Content creation: Design posts using tools like Canva. • Social media: Assist with our social media activities. • Press relations: Process and archive press coverage. • Support design: Contribute to designing outdoor advertising, apparel, and print materials. • Research materials for upcoming projects. • Website maintenance and optimization (low barrier: WordPress). • Photography: Product and team photography and event documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical skills: Experience with tools like Canva, InShot, and CapCut is a plus. • Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Creative & social-media savvy: You stay up to date with current trends, have a good sense for them, and ideally bring initial experience in social media work or campaigning. • Content creation: You bring creative ideas for modern content formats. • Familiarity with or a strong interest in topics such as the circular economy, sanitation and nutrient recovery, sanitation infrastructure, composting, and agriculture — and an interest in the festival scene. • Optional for the graphic/design area (depending on interests and skills): InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
