📋 Description

• Support the team in analyzing large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Partner with business stakeholders to help answer strategic questions using data • Contribute to the development, improvement, and monitoring of credit risk models used for underwriting and portfolio management • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams monitor key metrics • Be an advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• A degree (or currently pursuing one) in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field from a top-tier university • 1–2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, either through previous internships or full-time roles • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with either Python or R • Experience working with data through internships, academic projects, or similar previous roles is a strong plus • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Clear communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and actionable way • A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently • Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment
