📋 Description

• As a Customer Service Agent in the Collision & Accidents area, you support our team in providing the best possible care to customers in the event of a claim. • You help coordinate repairs, keep track of cases, and ensure our vehicles are returned to service quickly. • You will work closely with experienced colleagues and our external claims management partner, learning step by step how professional vehicle and claims management works at FINN.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally some experience in service advising or service assistance (workshop/garage experience welcome). • Completed vocational training in the automotive field (e.g., automotive mechatronics technician or automotive sales specialist). • Advantageous: experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce). • Structured working style and enjoyment in maintaining oversight. • Enjoy working on problems in a solution-oriented and customer-friendly manner. • Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B1).
