📋 Description
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations • Create and manage individualized behavior intervention plans • Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation • Stay current with ABA research and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Tennessee LBA license (required) • BCBA certification (in good standing) • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities • Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused
