📋 Description

• Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process for Finni Health providers. • Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards. • Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating the credentialing components of new provider onboarding. • Reporting and Process Contribution: Support the generation of credentialing reports, proactively identify and help resolve credentialing issues. • Adaptable Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this role may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, ideally within a healthcare setting or a regulated environment • Collaborative & Independent Contribution: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective success, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision. • Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data. • Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation. • Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices. • Communication & Collaboration: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (licensing boards, payers, providers). • Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools. • Mission Alignment: Passion for Finni’s mission to democratize autism care and empower providers through efficient administrative and credentialing processes. • Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, embracing change, and navigating ambiguity with a proactive mindset.
