• Lead and inspire a team of designers, writers, and creatives across a range of projects • Guide creative direction to ensure work aligns with client brand, goals, and target audiences • Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback that ensures clarity, cohesion, and brand accuracy • Collaborate with your account and project management partners to scope, plan, and effectively manage the accounts and projects • Build strong relationships with clients, clearly articulating creative vision and choices • Contribute to the overall culture and vision of the agency
• 10+ years of industry experience in a well-established creative role with a proven track record of agency success • 4+ years in a creative leadership role • Degree in marketing, graphic design, copywriting or related field • Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience • Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients • Solid knowledge of marketing, all forms of brand, design, strong digital and social media work, with proven conceptual abilities • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a client-facing role • Excellent written and presentation skills • Able to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
