📋 Description

• Make fino a pioneer in data-driven business models in Europe • Drive fino’s technology vision forward—from emerging technologies to new product ideas—with a consistent focus on customers • Independently lead C-level sales conversations and inspire decision-makers with technological foresight and clear business value • Identify new use cases together with customers and develop viable business ideas and business models from them • Own the technology roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on data • Align Engineering and Product around the areas with the greatest impact • Work closely with the founder and executive team as a strategic sparring partner • Actively shape fino’s strategic direction • Measure the success of decisions using clear KPIs and derive next steps

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a CTO, VP Engineering, or comparable technology leadership role, ideally in the FinTech or banking sector • Entrepreneurial and visionary mindset, with a strong instinct for emerging technologies • Ability to independently derive promising future business models • Strong hands-on mentality • Enjoyment of presenting and advancing ideas directly in customer conversations • Clear and persuasive communication with customers, teams, and executive management, including decision-makers • Deep technical understanding of modern cloud architectures, APIs, data analytics, and AI • Understanding of security and regulatory requirements in the banking environment • Business-fluent German and English • Additional foreign language skills are a plus
