🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm, fintech, bank, or regulatory authority • Bar admittance in the Netherlands or Germany • In-depth understanding of EU and local regulatory frameworks (e.g. PSD2, CRD, CRR) • Strong track record of structuring and executing international financial transactions • Experience in credit products, including SME lending • Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a strong plus • Business-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech innovative environment
