📋 Description

• Build and improve tools and processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance cycles, internal mobility, promotions, engagement surveys, and offboarding • Design and run employee surveys and gather qualitative feedback from employees and managers • Translate employee feedback into concrete product improvements • Build internal automations using Google Apps Script and n8n • Connect Slack, Notion, and HR systems to reduce manual work • Use AI tools such as Claude to prototype and ship people products • Build, test, iterate, and launch working tools and end-to-end automated processes • Maintain clean and reliable data, workflows, and configuration • Keep the Notion space current and useful for managers and the HR team

🎯 Requirements

• Product mindset focused on why processes exist and employee experience • Ability to interpret data and feedback, identify patterns, inform decisions, and improve processes • Hands-on experience taking an idea from concept to a working product • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to build, test, iterate, and launch • Experience building and maintaining real automations with Google Apps Script and n8n • Comfort with AI tools such as Claude and willingness to learn new AI tools • Customer-centric mindset focused on end-user needs, pain points, and intuitive solutions • Experience designing and running employee feedback loops, including surveys, pulse checks, and structured feedback collection • Experience translating feedback into concrete improvements
