• 5+ years tech and product recruiting with senior search depth • Track record leading cross-functional hiring projects • Data fluency and crisp stakeholder communication • Readiness for future people leadership • Trusted adviser who switches between strategy and execution • Builder of people and capability • Commercial and comfortable with ambiguity
