📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate AI systems that solve real business problems across Finom • Move from prototype to production: shaping solutions, building systems, and improving over time • Work on high-impact initiatives across various areas including onboarding and customer support • Develop scalable and reliable inference pipelines • Contribute to AI platform and tooling decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying AI systems in production • Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, including RAG and prompt engineering • Ability to design meaningful evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement loops • Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments • Fluent in English
