• Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy across the customer journey, from activation to engagement, retention, and reactivation through multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) • Drive data-driven experimentation: Dig deep into data to identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and design rigorous tests that unlock growth. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Creative to ensure lifecycle campaigns are tightly integrated into the broader growth engine. • Execute large-scale campaigns with technical precision, managing segmentation and targeting to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. • Influence strategically: Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders, championing lifecycle marketing as a strategic growth lever across the funnel.
• Mid-to-senior level experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles, preferably in B2B or fintech • Strong analytical mindset with experience formulating problem statements, developing hypotheses, business cases and designing experiments for measurable outcomes • Proven track record of successful cross-channel lifecycle campaigns • Data analysis skills: SQL experience or ability to partner effectively with data teams • Strategic problem-solving background (consulting, growth strategy, or analytical roles) • Customer-first attitude with deep understanding of segmentation • Bias to action with track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
