📋 Description

• Independently lead subprojects • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from analysis through implementation • Anticipate client needs at an early stage • Develop and implement practical solutions together with the team • Advise clients on transformation projects involving the selection and implementation of accounting software solutions such as SAP S/4HANA or FPSL • Advise on new German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS accounting requirements, particularly IFRS 9 • Provide subject-matter leadership to project teams • Develop and support Consultants and Senior Consultants • Conduct feedback meetings, provide coaching, and manage personnel • Contribute to business development, internal coaching, and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in consulting, auditing, banking, finance, or the insurance industry • Ideally, a focus on accounting, finance and transformation processes, or system implementations in banking • Experience independently managing projects or subprojects • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams • Ability to build and expand strong client relationships • Advanced, practical knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, ideally in a banking environment • Knowledge of IFRS 9 is an advantage • Experience with SAP or comparable tools • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Knowledge of SAP FPSL, FSDP, iBox, or SQL is preferred but not required • Excellent communication skills • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Completed university degree, ideally in business administration, economics, business informatics, or a related field
