📋 Description

• Handle ongoing financial accounting for the main company • Record, code, and review business transactions • Clarify outstanding items and discrepancies • Independently manage payment runs and bank account reconciliations • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes while taking responsibility for assigned areas • Perform account reconciliations and closing preparations, documenting them in a clear and traceable manner • Prepare the annual financial statements closely with the team and internal and external stakeholders • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and implement practical solutions • Contribute to projects focused on the further development and transformation of Finance & Accounting • Optimize and standardize processes and advance them through digitization, automation, and the targeted use of AI • Contribute professional expertise during internal and external audits • Ensure structured and transparent collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting • Ideally, completed further training as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or a comparable qualification • Extensive experience in ongoing financial accounting • Experience with payment transactions, account reconciliations, and resolving outstanding items • Experience supporting monthly and annual closing processes • Structured, reliable, and independent approach to work • Willingness to actively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders • Interest in digitization, automation, and new technologies in accounting
