📋 Description

• Sort, respond to, and archive email inbox messages • Prepare quotes and insurance concepts • Enter financial planning data into Google Sheets • Schedule appointments and manage reminders • Prepare for and follow up on appointments • Monitor CRM activities and track sales tasks • Open, label, digitize, and file unread postal mail • Handle back-office tasks in YProFinance • Design academy and training content for insurance brokers in Versuro • Support brokers during onboarding to software systems • Schedule commercial inquiries in FinanzFliege and coordinate them in the CRM • Manage follow-up emails, planning, and organizational tasks • Optional: Create texts with Jarvis AI and publish them on the website

🎯 Requirements

• IHK-certified training as an insurance and finance clerk OR, as a career changer, demonstrable experience engaging with insurance and finance topics • Knowledge of key types of insurance coverage, particularly health insurance, private liability insurance, and disability insurance • Willingness to learn about household contents, car/motorcycle, homeowners, accident, checking account, and savings account products • Willingness to learn • Diligence and accuracy in preparing quotes and entering data • Willingness to work with digital tools, Google Sheets, and CRM systems • Ability to process emails in German
