📋 Description

• Support participants throughout their qualification program • Provide assistance with subject-related questions concerning financial accounting, tax law, and accounting • Conduct learning progress reviews and document participants’ progress • Identify support needs and develop appropriate solutions • Promote independent learning and effective learning organization • Support participants in using digital learning media and learning platforms • Collaborate with subject-matter trainers and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant vocational training combined with professional experience as a financial accountant or tax assistant • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Good knowledge of annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and the income surplus calculation (EÜR) • Good knowledge of German tax law, particularly value-added tax, income tax, and the Fiscal Code of Germany • Extensive practical experience with DATEV • Knowledge of cost and performance accounting (KLR) and the fundamentals of controlling • Previous experience as a trainer or lecturer is an advantage • Proof of teaching or pedagogical aptitude
