📋 Description

• Facilitate new client implementation, thoroughly understanding each account’s pain points & use-case with a custom approach to see to their success • Provide proactive and consultative client support throughout the duration of the client engagement • Identify & add-on upsells to some of FINTRX’s largest clients • Drive revenue growth for the company • Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs and document interactions with clients • Providing additional resources for our client base: including our Knowledge Center, webinars, tutorial videos and other mediums. • Maintain up to date and accurate CRM activity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance and/or Economics • 4+ years of experience as a customer success manager within a SaaS, Fintech or Financial services company required • Experience within the financial industry strongly preferred • Scrappy, resourceful and a creative problem solver when discovering the business needs of the customer and understanding how FINTRX plugs into the bigger picture • Proficiency in excel, Gsuite, and other related software • Very high attention to detail • Proven Leadership Experience -- a leader, a builder, a visionary • Excellent written and verb and communication skills • Candidate must be able to work EST business hours.
