• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 1–2 years of software development experience. • Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software development fundamentals. • Experience through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional work developing software applications. • Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript, or SQL. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to learn new technologies and business domains quickly. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated willingness to accept feedback, learn from others, and work collaboratively within a team environment. • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience involving software development is a plus. • Familiarity with ArtivaRM or enterprise business applications is a plus. • Exposure to InterSystems Cache, SQL databases, or related database technologies is a plus. • Experience with development tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Git, Agile development environments is a plus. • Understanding of software testing principles and debugging techniques is a plus. • Interest in working within a government or federally regulated environment.
