📋 Description

• Design, implementation and continuous development of the ESG strategy in close cooperation with executive management • Support operational business units in identifying and implementing sustainability and ESG projects • Analyze and implement group-wide requirements for reporting obligations related to sustainability activities • Participate in the planning, preparation and coordination of audits, including supporting operational business units in meeting reporting and documentation obligations • Conduct life cycle analyses, carbon footprint calculations and KPI determination • Promote awareness among employees through targeted measures and encourage them to develop project proposals • Support active participation of employees in group-internal sustainability competitions

🎯 Requirements

• University degree with a focus on sustainability/Sustainability or ESG management, or a comparable qualification • Practical experience in sustainability management according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 or EMAS • Proactive approach to getting up to speed on new projects and committed implementation of resulting measures • Pragmatic, analytical and results-oriented working style • Passion for sustainability, confident presence, strong communication skills and interest in working in intercultural teams • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; fluent German and very good English skills
