📋 Description

• Design, implementation and continuous development of the ESG strategy in close collaboration with executive management • Support operational business units in identifying and implementing sustainability and ESG projects • Analyze and implement company-wide requirements for reporting obligations related to sustainability activities • Participate in planning, preparing and coordinating audits, including supporting operational business units in meeting reporting and documentation requirements • Conduct life cycle assessments, carbon footprint calculations and KPI determination • Promote awareness among employees through targeted measures and encourage the development of project proposals • Support active employee participation in internal sustainability competitions

🎯 Requirements

• University degree with a focus on sustainability / ESG management or equivalent qualification • Practical experience in sustainability management according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 or EMAS • Proactive engagement with new projects and committed implementation of resulting measures • Pragmatic, analytical and results-oriented working style • Passion for sustainability, confident presence, strong communication skills and interest in working in intercultural teams • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and, accordingly, fluent German and very good English skills
