• Lead internal initiatives, proactively solving issues with team projects and ensuring internal goals and timelines are met • Work with the marketing strategists team to monitor, measure, and analyze project performance, communicating findings, insights, and recommendations • Contribute to the continual improvement of Fire&Spark’s project management capabilities and best practices • Collaborate with content creators and the SEO team to schedule and publish materials such as articles, case studies, and landing pages. • Manage project resources against marketing budget • Lead regular team meetings and cross-functional check-ins • Assist in preparing high-quality, detailed analyses and reports using Excel/Google Sheets • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teammates to execute strategies effectively and efficiently
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience • Fluency in written and verbal English for a business setting • Demonstrated project management experience • Familiarity with content marketing practices and campaign reporting. • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google spreadsheets with the ability to put together detailed reports • Team management experience • Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities • Well-organized, detail-oriented and a highly analytical thinker • Avid learner • Strong G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite skills • Bachelor's degree (Spark points for) • Digital Marketing agency experience • Remote work experience • Experience with Active Campaign, Canva, or similar tools is a plus. • Familiarity with SEO concepts • Proficient in Asana for project management
