📋 Description

• Support customers in planning, deployment, migration, operation, and sustainment of endpoint security systems • Lead daily deployments, operations, and maintenance of Trellix solutions in customer environments • Serve as a cybersecurity Subject-Matter Expert for customers • Create technical project plans, schedules, test plans, deployment plans, and migration plans • Write technical documentation and briefings • Participate in technical exchange meetings • Develop engineering artifacts such as system design diagrams • Lead or participate in development testing, debugging, pre-deployment testing, and post-deployment testing • Analyze technical/integration requirements and develop solutions for customer review • Monitor and manage system health, status, availability, and functionality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical capacity within cybersecurity or IT security field • Experience in large-scale operational environments focusing on cyber defense • Experience performing incident analysis and developing defensive capabilities • Hands-on experience with at least two or more security technologies, such as EDR, XDR, NDR • Experience with Active Directory, Virtualization, and Cloud Services (i.e., AWS, Azure) • Experience with Threat Hunting / Incident Response • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Demonstrated technical proficiency in cybersecurity operations, engineering, systems engineering and/or Windows and Linux administration • Must be fluent in Polish, German, and English.
