📋 Description
• Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes • Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health and well-being strategies • Deliver services in a culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful manner • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all client interactions within the organization’s proprietary database system • Stay informed on emerging behavioral health trends, resources, and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems • Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Polish • Recognized health or wellness coaching credentials preferred • Ability to provide client-centered support with strong empathy, active listening, and coaching skills • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high-risk or crisis situations • Excellent communication skills with a strong service orientation
