📋 Description
• Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes • Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health strategies • Ensure adherence to departmental protocols and maintain compliance • Deliver services in a culturally competent manner • Educate clients regarding available resources, eligibility criteria, and program services
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field • Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Polish required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems required • Recognized health or wellness coaching credentials preferred • Experience working in multicultural or international environments preferred
