📋 Description
• Define product strategy and oversee the product lifecycle • Lead product team to identify and solve member needs through differentiated products • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Marketing • Champion design thinking principles and foster a culture of experimentation • Translate consumer insights into compelling value propositions and measurable business outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred • SAFe Agile Product Manager (APM) certification • 8+ years of product management experience • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an agile environment • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric digital products at scale • Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries
