📋 Description

• Initiate background checks through third-party services and internal systems • Communicate with companies, educational institutions, and professional bodies across the EMEA region via email and telephone • Process check results according to client requirements • Collaborate with clients and candidates to resolve process-related issues • Conduct analysis of candidates’ backgrounds • Review case files for high-quality, accurate, and efficient service • Respond promptly to incoming emails, calls, and requests • Obtain feedback to maintain quality control • Complete mandatory technical and on-the-job training • Operate in accordance with policies, procedures, data protection, and privacy legislation • Demonstrate company values and foster a positive culture • Undertake other relevant team duties

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and quality • Ability to adhere to process delivery, data compliance, and eligibility rules • Effective prioritisation of conflicting tasks and ability to manage own time • PC literate, including full use of Microsoft Office products • Flexible and adaptable • Initiative to identify and resolve customer challenges • Desire to learn, grow, and embrace change in a technologically advanced environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team • Self-motivated and action oriented, with awareness of urgency • Fluent in English and Romanian or French
