📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret reinsurance contract terms to ensure clarity and compliance. • Enter, update, and validate contract information in the company’s system. • Maintain comprehensive contract records and status updates throughout the contract lifecycle. • Ensure accurate and consistent data labeling and maintain a clear audit trail for risk data. • Check claim coverage and treaty/risk limits, and process relevant data with Technical Accounting and Claims. • Verify and process claim settlement requests and claim-related administrative requests from cedents. • Identify and investigate data discrepancies or account issues and collaborate with internal teams and business partners to resolve them. • Conduct regular data reviews and updates based on quality control reports and internal standards. • Manage, extract, review, and cleanse data from multiple sources and repositories. • Provide risk administration support to Reinsurance Brokers and business partners, including ad hoc data analysis and report generation. • Deliver prompt, accurate responses to internal inquiries. • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes, placement documentation, and technical delivery standards. • Improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and implement operational or regulatory changes in processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a minimum of 3 years in reinsurance. • Deep understanding of reinsurance structures and terminology (especially brokered placements). • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (sanctions, reporting obligations). • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high productivity. • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment. • Open-minded and solutions-oriented, with a focus on delivering best-in-class service. • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
