📋 Description

• Delivering accurate and reliable screening results • Helping our clients create safer environments for their employees, customers, and partners • Handle verifications for some of our high-profile clients • Know customer SOPs and FADV systems • Verify candidate details including current and previous employment, education, professional licenses, certifications, and references • Contact companies and educational institutions to verify candidate-provided information • Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information • Write detailed and accurate reports flagging any discrepancies found during the verifications process • Record confirmed information in our First Advantage’s platforms, ensuring data integrity • Perform quality checks to meet client-specific standards • Meet daily volume and accuracy targets • Perform other related tasks and functions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required • At least 1+ year(s) of work experience is required, preferably in a call center, BPO/KPO environment, and/or with fact-checking and fact-checking responsibilities • Strong communication skills (presentation, written, verbal) and reading comprehension • Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy. • Familiar with MS Office Suite, especially Excel • Attention to detail and use of good judgment
