📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into robust automated test coverage • Design, build, maintain, and optimise automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing • Ensure that new features are delivered with automated test coverage and at high quality, supporting efficient and reliable deployments • Develop deep knowledge of the company’s solutions and continuously improve automation strategies, tools, and practices • Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives, including tool evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and automation best practices • Support manual and UAT efforts when needed, ensuring alignment with QA standards • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside and be authorized to work in Mexico • Bilingual fluency with English and Spanish (both written and verbal) • 2-3 years of experience in UI & API Automation • 3-5 years of experience in QA and Agile Practices
