📋 Description
• Manages daily operations responsibilities including collecting property assessment and taxes • Organize, verify and track data • Respond and follow up on property assessment, taxes and liens • Coordinates communication with vendors • Documents and works to resolve basic & mid-level problems
🎯 Requirements
• 5-6 years of experience working with public record data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to make independent approval decisions • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
