📋 Description

• You will lead a team of Bookkeepers, with an amazing team of engineers and an unbelievable product that will soon become one of the biggest competitors in the world. • Your responsibilities will include: • Manage a team of remote bookkeepers • Ensure monthly compliance and accuracy for our customer’s books • Assist and solve customer queries • Improve monthly accounting processes • Manage your own set of customers • Be deadline driven

🎯 Requirements

• Location: Remote, willing to work EST time zone. • 3 years Accounting experience. • Qualified CPA or in the process. • Experience in managing a team of bookkeepers. • Mediocrity is your enemy. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication across teams and with international stakeholders.
