📋 Description

• Source promising pre-seed startups through various channels • Lead initial screening calls with startup founders independently • Manage incoming startup applications and communicate with important internal and external stakeholders • Accompany startups through the investment process, from sourcing through due diligence to completed investment • Participate in Investment Committee meetings • Conduct deep dives into various topics and present findings to the team • Support the investor relations team with inquiries and projects • Assist Partners with portfolio support activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong academical background in economics, technology or a related field • Practical experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the startup industry • Exceptional analytical skills • Highly motivated and consistently deliver above average performance • Comfortable working independently and tackling ambitious projects • Curious, convincing, and reflective • Enjoy communicating with startup founders and team members • Passionate about the startup industry and venture capital • Full working proficiency in German and English
