📋 Description

• Source high-potential pre-seed startups across Europe • Run first calls independently and develop conviction about founders and ideas • Participate in the entire deal flow from first contact and due diligence through investment committee and closing • Evaluate opportunities and shape investment decisions • Research emerging technologies and market trends • Conduct data-driven analysis and present insights influencing investment theses and strategic direction • Support portfolio founders with go-to-market, AI workflow automation, and operations optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience in the startup ecosystem, consulting, or a technical role • Strong analytical capabilities • Ability to move from technical papers to business models to founder conversations • Extreme ownership and high agency • Genuine curiosity about deeply technical domains • Engineering background or demonstrated interest in breakthrough technologies • Clear and convincing communication in both German and English • Availability for 6–12 months • Ability to start soon or in January 2027
