📋 Description

• Direct and quality-control AI-assisted regulatory monitoring in EU policy, verifying accuracy and flagging platform omissions or errors before client delivery • Collect, structure, and analyse data to calibrate and improve FiscalNote's digital tools and public affairs platform • Translate AI-generated monitoring and analysis into client-relevant insight, including flash reports and briefings • Support issues-management work • Gain in-depth knowledge of EU legislation and specific EU procedures • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and tight deadlines • Perform quality-assurance checks on AI-generated deliverables before client delivery • Provide input to the Business Development Team and participate in internal projects • Work independently and as part of a small team

🎯 Requirements

• Master's in EU Law or EU Affairs/Politics • Good understanding of EU legislative procedures and regulatory processes • Knowledge of EU politics and policymaking • Comfort using and critically evaluating AI-assisted research and monitoring tools • Curiosity about how technology can improve intelligence gathering without taking its output at face value • Ability to write policy briefings, flash reports, and long-form analysis to a consistently high standard • Experience working in EU public or regulatory affairs is an advantage • Native or equivalent written and spoken English, plus other EU languages • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team
