📋 Description

• Generate new opportunities in-market through distributor engagement, trade shows, and end-user interaction. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to support channel growth. • Lead, coach, and develop distribution-focused sales resources by setting clear expectations, reinforcing priorities, and providing ongoing feedback. • Translate channel strategy into clear direction for internal stakeholders, ensuring focus, alignment, and accountability. • Mentor team members on channel management, customer engagement, and value-based selling within distribution. • Support performance management through goal setting, progress reviews, and development planning aligned to business objectives. • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement across sales and cross-functional teams. • Serve as a role model for Fischer values, demonstrating professionalism, collaboration, responsiveness, personal and mindful leadership. • Travel as required, approximately 50%, across the US.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of relevant experience with distribution and/or broker management in the foodservice industry • Experience in packaging is a plus • Proven success leading, mentoring, or influencing cross-functional or sales teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers via phone, video call, email, and in-person • Proficiency with Zoom or other virtual meeting platform, and Microsoft Office applications • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platform • Self-motivated with positive and persistent attitude • Strong problem solving skills while working both independently and as a team player within a complex sales network.
