📋 Description

• Provide in-depth technical troubleshooting and analysis of complex issues across a large global enterprise environment • Work with a client first attitude with the ability to work well under high pressure and stressful situations to deliver outstanding customer service • Collaborate with peers and other technology experts across the firm (network, server, database, application, cloud) • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in systems and/or network engineering role with a full understanding of IP, TCP, and UDP • 4+ years of troubleshooting complex systems at an enterprise level • 3+ years with enterprise tools such as Dynatrace, Extrahop, Splunk, and Wireshark • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience • Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell • Industry certifications such as Wireshark Certified Analyst (WCA) or Worldwide Certified Network Analyst (WCNA) • Strong problem-solving skills with the desire to continue learning about all different types of technologies and gain satisfaction from solving problems • Be curious about how things work and why they work • Ability to mentor and train others in analysis and troubleshooting
