📋 Description

• Lead Scrum Masters managing a portfolio of work across complex, cross-functional delivery efforts. • Drive release train execution for a critical modernization program in support of EFTPS modernization. • Facilitate planning, coordination, and program-level Agile ceremonies to keep teams aligned on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones. • Partner with stakeholders, delivery leaders, and teams to expand delivery capability and improve portfolio execution. • Provide leadership as a senior-level Agile Coach Advisor II / Release Train Engineer supporting large-scale, billable delivery engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, or technology leadership roles. • 3+ years of experience serving as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, or leading Scrum Masters across multiple teams. • Experience supporting 1+ large enterprise modernization program with multiple cross-functional workstreams. • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
