📋 Description

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for initiatives within the Sales Tech environment, and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle • Facilitate meetings to gather business and functional requirements, document decisions, and translate objectives into project plans, task lists, and status communications • Coordinate work across internal teams and external resources, including information technology management, architects, database administrators, network teams, and Salesforce professionals, to support execution against established milestones • Monitor project progress, assess risks and dependencies, and implement issue resolution plans with stakeholders to maintain delivery objectives • Track project accounting, support estimation activities, and provide regular status updates, progress reporting, and narrative summaries for team members, business requestors, and executive stakeholders • Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle by setting expectations, communicating guidelines and deadlines, and driving accountability for deliverables • Support onboarding and project readiness activities for new team members through knowledge transfer, planning support, and documentation alignment • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing projects or programs within information technology, sales support, financial services, or a related business environment • 4+ years of experience developing project plans, budgets, status reporting, risk registers, and lifecycle documentation for cross-functional initiatives • 4+ years of experience facilitating requirements gathering, estimation sessions, stakeholder meetings, and delivery reviews with business and technical teams • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise technology teams, including IT management, architects, database administrators, network teams, or platform specialists such as Salesforce professionals • 3+ years of experience using project management methods, tools, and reporting practices to track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and project accounting • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, project management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
