📋 Description

• Perform a broad range of administrative, procedural, and project-based duties related to transfers, process review, client special procedures, audits, reporting, forms, and other operational needs of the practice groups • Support the transfer process within Practice Systems by coordinating transfer-related workflows, tracking status, resolving routine issues, and escalating complex matters as appropriate • Assist with internal processes and outside vendor coordination for services such as PTA, proofreading, and other Practice Systems support functions • Maintain and manage project logs, track assigned work, document new or revised procedures, and assist with training and cross-training within the operations group and with other teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field or equivalent experience • At least 3 years of experience in patent or trademark prosecution support services preferred • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word • Microsoft Excel • IP docketing/management systems • Document management systems
