📋 Description

• Execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently. • Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs. • Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions. • Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards. • Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards. • Support cost estimation. • Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle. • Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master’s preferred • 3 - 5 years minimum of transportation/structural engineering experience • Precast concrete design engineering course or design experience preferred • EIT or ability to obtain it • Proficiency in AutoCAD & RISA 3D • Professional performance standards aligned with Fisher’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values • Proven ability to deliver high quality work and solve problems with critical thinking and sound judgment. • Driven to take ownership of your projects, prioritize your tasks effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that fosters personal and professional growth. • Highly adaptable and proactive in meeting deliverables and deadlines. • Dedicated to fostering trust and collaboration through integrity, respect, and active listening in client and team relationships. • Have a sense of curiosity, always looking for a better way, and a continuous improvement mindset. • Embrace feedback constructively and use it as an opportunity for growth.
