📋 Description

• Foster, support, and value diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace • Daily hands-on execution of email marketing campaigns • Build and optimize automated flows that support the business objectives • Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide recommendations on how to improve performance • Build and own the email campaign calendar in conjunction with brand managers • Ensure email campaigns content is compelling, accurate and on brand • Maintain healthy sending habits and monitor for any potential performance issues • Utilize project management software to align on project and campaign prioritization • Comfortable reviewing email copy and design for errors

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience leading successful email marketing campaigns and strategies. • Experienced people leader who has built, developed, and retained high-performing teams. • Proven experience leading communication strategies and execution of marketing initiatives. • Strong analytic skills and experience reporting on full funnel metrics • Experience in an advanced email platform, Klaviyo preferred • Fitness or related industry experience preferred • Proven experience in testing methodologies, versioning/personalization. • Strong organization and time management skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc. • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
