📋 Description

• Talend: Work with Talend Studio, Talend Cloud, and integration components • Tableau: Analyze errors and build dashboards and data sources • SQL: Create and analyze queries for support • ETL Job Monitoring: Supervise and maintain ETL jobs • Technical Documentation: Update data flows and data mapping • Integration Support: Facilitate communication between systems • Incident Management: Log and follow up on tickets

🎯 Requirements

• Talend: Talend Studio, Talend Cloud, integration components (tMap, tJoin, tFileInput, tLogRow, etc.), schedulers (cron, Jenkins, etc.), connectors (JDBC, REST, SOAP) • Tableau: building dashboards, creating data sources, and data modeling; ability to analyze Tableau errors caused by data-layer issues; knowledge of modeling best practices for Tableau consumption • Advanced SQL: writing and analyzing queries for validation and support • ETL Job Monitoring: track automated job executions in Talend (environments such as Talend Studio or Talend Cloud) • Job Maintenance: adjust and version existing jobs to meet business changes or fix issues • Technical Documentation: update documentation of ETL flows, data mapping, and dependencies • Integration Support: assist communication between source and target systems (databases, APIs, files, etc.) • Incident and Request Management: log and track tickets in systems like ServiceNow • Code Versioning: knowledge of GitLab and/or similar tools • Analytical capability to understand complex problems and propose simplified solutions • Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proactivity in identifying improvements • Organization and priority management (especially in SLA-driven environments) • Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and solutions • Ability to create, analyze, and improve functional documentation to be delivered to the client
